MESSAGE FROM OUR MINISTER DEBBIE

Dear Friends

In a few days we will begin a new year and as the year 2025 comes to
a close it is a wonderful time for us to reflect on where we have been
on our journey with God and to enter into a new year sharing our
experiences of God’s love with other people. When we end the year
in thanksgiving to God we are given strength, courage and peace to
know that no matter what lies ahead God will be with us.

May we face the New Year with love filling our hearts so that our
words and works have the glow of ‘Thank you’ in all we say and do.
Let us resolve to find more time for prayer and Bible study and to
allow the illumination of the Holy Spirit to give us a vision of the
work that needs to be done. May we prayerfully seek guidance from
God taking time to listen to God’s voice and asking for God’s
direction in our lives.

Psalm 37:4 says, “Take delight in the LORD, and he will give you the
desires of your heart.” (NRSV) When we look to God first, God will
lead us and give us the desires that support God’s will for our lives.
