This Sunday (18 th ) begins the ‘Week of Prayer for Chrisian Unity’ and this year’s theme,
chosen by the Armenian Christian Churches, is “One Body; One Spirit (Ephesians 4:3-4).
This week will be an important opportunity for us to reflect on the rich progress made on the
ecumenical journey and a time to pray for a deeper communion amongst our traditions.

As we reflect on our unity in Jesus Christ we explore ways to demonstrate love and support,
embracing and celebrating our differences as we work together for good praying the prayer
Jesus Christ prayed when praying to the Father, that we may be one, as he and the Father are
one.
